Hi, Sandra. Because the butterfly design is 3D, it has three pieces. I recommend returning to your My Designs page and looking for additional files.

Each format will have three files, called FS174a, FS174b, and FS174c. All three files are necessary to complete the butterfly design. Also be sure to download the instructions; they'll be listed as "Italian Lace Instructions" on your My Designs page.

I have a Dell computer and I have a bunch of cactus punch embroidery digitizing and I cannot get them downloaded on my computer to transfer them to a USB card to plug into my Brothers pe770 please help. I bought a bunch of them and I just can't get to them on my computer

Hi, Patricia. Thanks for writing. Make sure you are downloading the Thumbnailer software and not the Embrilliance platform. Also make sure you are using the correct serial code. I will email it to you to make sure you have it.

I am having trouble downloading the designs to my MAC- can anyone help me troubleshoot? I have a Brother sewing machine, downloaded the .pes versions of the letters I want to use, but when I try to open from the "downloads" on my computer, I can't.

Hi, Inez. Thanks for the question. We don't have an automatic way to order a CD of a stock design order online, but you can order one by calling us on the phone. Please note that there is a $10.00 fee for ordering designs on CD. Our number is 800-428-7606.

I recently purchased the Sassy Sister PJ's In the Hoop Project. The cute Christmas Tree. When I opened the file and wanted to print off the tutorial for the tree, there was nothing in the tutorial folder. I am not stupid when it comes to computers, opening folders and so I wondered if there would be a way I can get just the tutorial, the instructions. I love the idea of the cute Christmas tree but would like to know the easiest way to embroidery and put the trees levels together. I appreciate your offer to help.

Thanks for the suggestions on designs. I'm assuming that you are talking about the "FSL Family/Inspiration Heart Angels"? If so, I can forward your ideas on to Jayne from Kinship Kreations. The answer is that sometimes we don't always think of the same ideas. Decided not to order because shipping cost was nearly as much as the cost of the small order I had planned to place. $11+ for $14 worth of product is ridiculous! I would pay $7.95, but no more. Won't be placing an order with you at all.

If you can let me know, what item(s) were you trying to order I can check to make sure shipping is being charged properly. Usually our shipping costs are based on the weight of the items you are ordered and end up being the actual cost we pay to ship the items. If you have the time to let me know, I can check to make sure the weights are correct on the item(s) you were ordering. If not, I understand and am sorry for your trouble.
