I keep get an error message that there is no way to open this program, that there is nothing on my computer to open this file. Can you tell me what program that will open this file?

Hi, Rebecca. If you want to read embroidery files on your computer, you will need some form of embroidery software. Which software you choose depends on your needs, but if you're looking for a good starter software, I would recommend Embrilliance Essentials:

https://www.embroidery.com/product.ec?productsetID=184633

Alternately, if your machine uses a thumb (USB) drive, you can send the files to your thumb drive without the need to open them on your computer. Just right click on the file you want to send over and choose "send to" and then left click on your thumb drive. Repeat for any additional designs. Take your thumb drive to your machine and you're all set.

Hi Kerry, To find the color chart for an entire order of designs, you would click "view or download all items in order, rather than "print production sheet"

This brings up the whole order window:

You can get the list of all designs and their color stops by clicking the "available here" link in that window.

Hi Kerry, To find the color chart for individual designs:

Go to your name at the top right corner of the site, hover over it, and you will see a list of options. Click on "My Designs"

This will show you small pictures of your ordered designs. Click on the one for which you want the color stops sheet.

This opens a pane to the right, which shows you the details of your design. In the bottom of this window is a link to the printable color stops sheet. Click it.

This opens the printable page. Here you can click the printer icon at the bottom to print the page.

Is there any way of downloading the colour chart with the design or do I have to do that separately? Sometimes if you download several designs in a zipped file, the colour chart is also included. Many thanks, Kerry
