From what I can see, they are pretty similar, Shelly. They may have some differences on their functionality, but their basic specifications appear identical to me. If anyone else knows, feel free to chime in.

P.S. I do know that the Snap Hoop and Monster Snap Hoop are compatible with the PE770 but not with the SB7900E-- if you are looking into purchasing one, that may be a consideration.
