I want to order the lap stand leg kit as i already have the 48 inch rods. Is it possible for me to also order the metal knobs and the larger wooden spacers?

I'm looking at this stand as a possible table top stand for a 48" scroll. Will it be stable enough to handle it? I'm just worried it will still wobble too much, or fall over.

Hi Melissa,
We recommend that you don't go longer then 28" rods when using a Lap Stand. The stand that works best with the rods longer then 28" is the Floor Stand. https://embroidery.com/ez-stitch-floor-stand?efid=... The Floor Stand is better able to handle the longer rods. Have a great day!

Hello, I purchased my tabletop/lap frame from “Tomorrows Treasures” before they closed down their business. Did I understand that you bought it and kept it up? (If yes, YAY for you!!!). Anyway, when I bought my stitchery stand, their side legs & feet are cut from one single piece of wood. Thus eliminating the need for extra screws, and knobs. It also makes the stand extremely sturdy and stable when put together. Just wanted to pass this along in case you might want to try it in the future. I have ordered quite a few of your scroll rods. Very thankful that you are supplying a much needed supply/demand. Keep up the good work!
