Hi Lynn, thanks for writing in with your question. Are you wanting to organize your fonts in Embrilliance? Here's a video for help with that:

Embrilliance doesn't have an organization system built in for regular designs -- it will open designs saved on your computer and you can arrange them in your Windows/Mac folders however you like. Some people organize by the name of the web site where they got the designs from, others do it by theme, or by date, and many keep a reference book to help them find them. Others use Embrilliance Thumbnailer to help them find designs. It also does not organize designs, but will let you see the designs as pictures (so you can tell what they are) when you open the folders that you have organized the designs into. Since software usually doesn't organize your designs, you can pick your own method to use with Embrilliance or whichever software you decide to use.
