These inserts were used for Hemingworth Caddy Drawers. We no longer produce the drawers, but have a limited supply of inserts available which can be mounted on a wall or inserted into your own drawers.
Hemingworth Thread Tray holds 42 spools of Hemingworth thread and is approximately 14”w x 18”L x 2”H.

can you show what that would look like in a drawer. How would you have more than one? If it goes on the wall what supports it at the bottom. And what size spools can it hold. thanks Mary
Here are some plans for making a drawer that will fit the Thread Stand. There is also a picture of the tray in the Drawer. It fits the Hemingworth Spool (1000 meter). I don't think it will fit any other brand because the pegs are specifically designed to fit snugly in the bottom of a hemingworth spool. There currently isn't any hardware designed to attach this to a wall. However, many people have done this on their own by angling a nail or two in the wall and setting the tray over the nails (kind of like mounting a picture). The bottom doesn't need to be fastened since gravity will keep it in place. There are lots of holes in the back (where all the pegs are) that can be fit over a nail for additional support.
