If you downloaded an incorrect format or something like that happened, this will be a way to correct that. There is no charge for re-downloading files you have already purchased.

Our software and design collections are MAC compatible with the installation of the dimeTRANSLATOR.

Installing Dime Software and/or Design Collections

Software

1. Install Dime Software or Design collections on your MAC. Follow the prompts during the installation process.
2. To register your product review this help page.

Design Collection

1. Run the Dime Design Collection install
   - click on install
   - select embroidery format, click OK
   - type in your user info and serial number for the purchased Dime product
   - click on Register Now
