Order History

Your Order History is a quick reference of each order you've placed on Embroidery.com, its total amount, and the purchase date. View your Order History by clicking on the Account tab, then Order History . You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password.

1:

If you have any questions about your orders, you are welcome to email your questions to [email protected]. Make sure that you give your name, email address, phone number, and company name (if applicable.)

2:

Every order has an assigned number. If you click on the number from your Order History , you can view and print the details of that order. (An order may include one or several items, depending on what was in your cart when you clicked Purchase .)

Hi Janet,

Thank you for reaching out to Embroidery Central with your concern. When I look at your account, it tells me that you registered with us yesterday (welcome aboard!). I wonder, are you by chance trying to get into your embroidery Library account? If so, you can reach them by emailing [email protected]. If it is of any interest to you, we also have thousands of designs on our website including several free ones that are rotated periodically. I hope this helps!
