Hi Sharon,
I'm not familiar with Edge to Edge Quilting. I do know that embroidery machines cannot fit designs that look like they should fit. Our hoops have margins, kind of like the printable area on paper when we print things. If the design is exactly as big as the hoop, that's why it won't fit. Many hoop margins are about an inch on all sides, but it varies. This is a link to a blog post explaining that https://www.embroidery.com/SewingArea.ec?efid=4242
You can use software, such as Embrilliance software to use multi-position or multiple hoopings to use the full size of the design. I don't personally find that especially simple (I also don't do it very often), but I hear once you get the hang of it, you never go back. Here's a blog post about that. https://www.embroidery.com/multi-position-hooping....

I have the largest Snap Monster Hoop. 260 x 400 mm. Are you familiar with Edge to Edge Quilting with Amelie Scott Designs? Hope you can help me. The largest design she has should fit into my hoop but for some reason the design won’t embroider the entire pattern. If I reduce the design to 88 % then it will work. There is plenty of room to the left of the hoop but I can’t get it to work properly. I have a Bernina 770 QE. I’ve tried to move the design but run into the problem of the design not fitting. Any help would be so wonderful. I’d like to utilize the full entire design size.
