Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Philosophy

We strive to get orders out to you as quickly and accurately as possible. 

Delivery Time:

Delivery time is dependent on two factors:

1. Availability: Most products are in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days. Dropshipped items such as the Snap Hoop normally ship within 2 business days.

A few items are backordered. When possible, we clearly indicate that items are on backorder, and for how long, so you can know whether the item will arrive when you need it. Occasionally other items become backordered, in which case you will receive an email with information on the backordered item(s) as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Method: You will have a variety of delivery methods available at checkout, along with estimated delivery times and pricing, allowing you to choose the price and delivery time that works best for you.  Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier but are NOT guaranteed by the carrier or Embroidery Central.  Choose a carrier that you trust.  Embroidery Central is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Choose a method and shipping location that are secure.

Calculating Cost:

We are not in the business to profit from shipping -- the prices you see on your shipping options page come straight from the shipping companies themselves. Please contact us if the shipping on an item seems unreasonably high.  We will double check the information in our system so that we can receive an accurate rate quote.

Risk of Loss or Damage:

For domestic orders, Embroidery Central accepts all risks during transit and will replace or refund merchandise lost or damaged by the courier. However, once it’s delivered (or declared delivered by the courier) , Embroidery Central cannot recover, refund, or replace lost or stolen items.  Please see: The tracking shows my order as delivered but I can't find it.

International Shipping:

Most of our products ship internationally. A few items ship only to the United States (or to the U.S. and Canada). If that is the case, there will be a note on the product page to that effect.

If you live outside of the United States, you will be given several international shipping options at checkout. We recommend researching these options so that you can choose a carrier and service that you trust. Shipments destined outside of the United States may be assessed Customs and Duties payable by the recipient upon delivery. Embroidery Central offers no replacement or refunds for lost packages addressed outside of the United States. Choose a carrier that you trust. 

Be aware that delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs or other factors. Also note that import/customs fees may be charged by your country on arrival.

Free Shipping Offers:

Embroidery.com often has special offers for free shipping on items. If you select free shipping for your order, the shipping method is at our discretion, but will normally be U.S. First Class Mail, U.S. Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Free shipping promotions are available on U.S. shipments only.

Note: To be aware of free shipping offers, be sure to set up an Embroidery.com account and make sure you are subscribed to our list. (Embroidery.com knows your time is valuable. You can choose to receive your notifcations weekly, monthly, or quarterly.)
