Leather & Lace Feather Earrings: How-to

Here's a demonstration to help you use your embroidered jewelry designs.

1. Leather can be found at craft stores, sometimes even cut to shape as a feather with fringe.
2. Stitch the freestanding lace jewelry design and dissolve the stabilizer, and dry it.
3. Match the top thread to the lace design.
4. Match the bobbin thread to the leather.
5. Align the design over the leather.
6. At the sewing machine, just stitch a line down the middle of the design, binding it to the leather backing.
