I belong to EClub but am unable to download this design without having to pay the $9.95. All of the potholders require payment for some reason. If you can fix it, I would appreciate it since Saturday's are when I normally get my designs.

Hi, Elizabeth. You'll want to make sure you're pressing the "special: add to cart" on the Eclub free design page. If you click into the design itself, it takes you out of the Eclub page and loses the discount. I'm sorry if this is confusing. Also, note that not all designs will be part of the Eclub Deal of the Week.

Regarding your order, I do see that you successfully ordered the "Pie Diamond (CD101608TJ)" as your free design this week (12/10/2016); however, it looks like you already own that design, so the license is associating itself with your prior order. Do you want me to add the "Acorn Diamond" instead?
