Having trouble downloading this product to my sewing machine.I have a Husqvarna Diamond Deluxe.

Hi Jennifer,

You may find this video helpful: It explains the File Manager in the Diamond .

1. First, at your computer, you'll download the format for your machine (it can read many. I suggest PES or HUS unless you already know the format you want to use) and save it to your USB stick that came with your machine.

2. On the machine, Click the Folder at the top of the screen

3. Click the USB icon on the left, at the bottom of the list. It looks like an arrow with some things attached to it.

4. Click on the USB picture that looks like your USB Stick, in the main window area.

5. Now click on the icon that looks like an open folder, to the right.

6. This should show your gladiator helmet, and you can click on it to open for stitching.
