Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We might be able to fix the problem. Which format were you using?

I used a PES File format. It may have been an issue with my machine or the 5D Embroidery program I used (I'm new to embroidery). I reloaded it and I think that fixed the problem. I'm a bit nervous to try it again. Thank you for checking on me. :) Is there a place to change my rating? I only have the design 3 stars because I was so disappointed, however, It may have been my fault, not a design issue.

Sorry for the slow response. I was trying to figure out how to change the rating, since I've never had that come up before. It's pretty easy, all you need to do is go back to the page that you submitted the rating. And you can click the negative sign that is on the left side of the 5 stars. That will cancel the rating and then you can redo it. Also, I'm glad you were able to fix the problem. Have a great day!
