Doll Quilted Pocket 18c - Machine Embroidery Design. Part of the series "Designs for dolls"-- accessories for historical 18 Century Dolls' Costumes, created by ArtEmbroidery. Design fits a 5" x 5" hoop.
Embroidery design is based on a linen pocket embroidered with silk, England, ca. 1718-1720, from Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
Instructions:
1) Stitch design up to last color.
2) Cover embroidery with piece of fabric which will be the back of the pocket. Finish stitching the design.
3) Cut pocket slot.
4) Tun out pocket and apply ribbon.
**Doll not included. Dress patterns sold separately.
