Printing Production Sheets

Production sheets are vital whether stitching designs for the first time or the hundredth time. This technique illustrates the process for printing a production sheet using the free Wilcom TrueSizer software.

1:

Obtain the Wilcom True Sizer software for this project (see the link under "other resouces"). Open Wilcom True Sizer. Use the "Open" command on the File menu to bring up the design you will be working with.

From the "File" Menu, select "Print Preview."

This brings up a preview window, which shows what your printed sheet will look like.

4:

Click the "Options" button. This displays the options window. Select the actual size zoom (Zoom 1:0). Click "OK."

5:

Now you're ready to print. Click "Print Now." The prodution sheet is sent to your printer.

6:

Printed production sheets either in color or in black and white give you a good point of reference for embroidering your designs.
